Wind I

In this painting I dampened a readymade canvas and stained it with diluted layers of paint for a smooth effect like a sky after a windy day.

Yellow contrasts with blue, and red contrasts with green. The colours express where the wind might be forceful or gentle in turns. 

While painting I focused on the different properties of wind; brushing across my face; moving tree branches and spreading change.
